There are only two pepper varieties in my heart at the moment; Kpakposhito (Scotch Bonnet Pepper & Akweley Waabii ( Cayenne Pepper) 🌶. These two chilli’s are super fragrant and distinct in their own ways and in most Ghanaian homes they are easily the most common to add spiciness to a dish.
