Working out should not be painful. It should be one mixed with good music to motivate and push you towards your goal of losing the weight you had resolved to lose from January. I love going running in the mornings in my area or just speed walking to prepare me for the work day ahead.

After downloading Shatta Wale and some hiplife songs unto my ipod shuffle I realised starting my day on words such as ‘enter the net’ wasn’t exactly putting me in motivational spirits. Hence I started my search for gospel songs with alot of punch and energy which led to these 15 songs on my spotify and I just couldnt keep them to myself. Some are perfect for running, others for aerobics whilst others for warm-ups. Hope you find them as fun and motivational as I do!
